Terisa Roberts is the global solution lead for risk modelling and decisioning at SAS, and has two decades of experience in quantitative risk management and advanced analytics. She has helped companies in financial services, telecommunications, government, energy and retail derive business value and make better decisions using risk analytics. Roberts has experience in regulatory compliance, IFRS 9, BCBS 239, model risk management and enterprise stress-testing. She advises banks and regulators on industry best practices in artificial intelligence (AI), automation and digitalisation related to risk modelling and decisioning, and in the responsible use of AI and machine learning. Roberts regularly speaks at international risk conferences on innovation in risk management.

Dominic Wu is the head of risk management at BCT Group.  He has 20+ years of experience in banking, securities, assets management, pension fund and consultancy. Dominic is a qualified accountant, fraud examiner and professional risk manager and did his MBA from University of Hull, UK. He is sought out speaker in risk management and provides training to regulators, universities, financial institutions and professional bodies. He is the Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) and Asia Financial Risk Think Tank.

Alexander Lee

Regional head of model risk management

Alexander is the Hong Kong, Greater China and Northern Asia cluster Head of Model Risk Management in Standard Chartered Bank, focused in the governance and management of Model Risk of models used by his institution in Hong Kong and the region. Prior to his current role he was Global Head of Retail Credit Risk Model Validation for HSBC and, in other roles, served in the development and use of analytical solutions for management of Credit Risk across developing and emerging markets in Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Latin America. Alexander holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Sao Paulo, with a focus on financial modeling.
